Meet Freja is an AI-powered advertising management platform for e-commerce brands. We help businesses manage and optimize their Meta and Google ad campaigns.
2. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT
- Account information: name, email, password (hashed)
- Business information: company name, website URL
- Connected account tokens: Meta and Google OAuth access tokens (encrypted)
- Ad performance data: campaign metrics, spend, impressions, clicks fetched from Meta/Google APIs
- Usage data: features used, pages visited, actions taken within the platform
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information
3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
- To provide and improve the Meet Freja service
- To connect to your Meta and Google ad accounts on your behalf
- To generate AI-powered ad suggestions and reports
- To send service-related emails (no marketing without consent)
- We never sell your data to third parties
4. META ADS DATA
When you connect your Meta Business account:
- We request access to read and manage your ad campaigns
- Access tokens are encrypted and stored securely
- We only access data necessary to provide the service
- You can revoke access at any time from Settings
- Disconnecting immediately deletes your stored tokens
- We comply with Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies
5. GOOGLE ADS DATA
Same principles as Meta. We request minimum necessary permissions to manage your campaigns.
6. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
- Data stored in Supabase (EU region)
- Access tokens encrypted at rest
- HTTPS enforced on all connections
- Regular security reviews
7. DATA RETENTION
- Account data: kept until you delete your account
- Ad performance data: kept for 12 months
- Access tokens: deleted immediately when you disconnect
8. YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR)
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Export your data
- Withdraw consent at any time
