4. CONNECTED ACCOUNTS
- You grant Meet Freja permission to access your Meta and Google accounts on your behalf
- You are responsible for compliance with Meta and Google's own terms of service
- We act on your instructions only
- You can revoke access at any time
5. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not:
- Use the service for illegal advertising
- Violate Meta or Google advertising policies
- Share your account with others
- Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
- Use the service to spam or mislead consumers
6. AI-GENERATED CONTENT
- AI suggestions are recommendations only
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving all changes before they are applied
- Meet Freja is not liable for ad performance results
- AI outputs may contain errors
7. PAYMENT AND BILLING
- Free tier available with limited features
- Paid plans billed monthly or annually
- No refunds for partial months
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- Meet Freja owns all platform code and design
- You retain ownership of your ad content and data
- You grant us license to process your data to provide the service
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Meet Freja is not liable for:
- Ad spend or campaign performance
- Actions taken by Meta or Google on your accounts
- Loss of data due to circumstances beyond our control
- Indirect or consequential damages
10. TERMINATION
- You can delete your account at any time
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms
- Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days
11. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
